Senior Graphic Designer  
We are new emerging company who provides sophisticated solution to clients who needs all things creative in their marketing spheres. Our work typically will revolve around designing magazines, posters, brochures, leaflets, business cards, logos, document folder etc. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative department.

You will work across a variety of briefs and projects. Your works are to be done to a brief agreed with the client, creative director or account manager. Your work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. You need to develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Campaign creative, design, brand identity, print and website. You will be responsible for creating campaigns and bring your ideas to life. The role is relentlessly dynamic, clients will be from different industry and have different personality, so all will have different factors of influence that will guide the direction of a project.  

You will provide creative and design support to our company, so the work is varied and challenging, no two days are likely going to be the same when working for Vision Solution.

Typical work activities

As a senior designer you may involve managing more than one design brief at a time and allocating the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job. Typical activities include:

  • meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
  • interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
  • estimating the time required to complete the work;
  • developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
  • thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
  • using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
  • presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
  • working with a wide range of media, including photography and adobe suites, particularly Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
  • contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
  • demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
  • working on layouts and artworking pages ready for print;
  • keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat;
  • developing interactive design;
  • commissioning illustrators and photographers;
  • working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

Your Folio:

  • 3+ years studio/creative design experience
  • Must demonstrate strong conceptual design

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning, time-management and efficiency
  • Technically accurate follow-through skills
  • Finished art work
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team from brief through to design
  • A thorough understanding of the fundamentals of print design, web design and industry best practices 
  • Sound carry through with English language

Software Experience:

  • Proficient in the following Adobe CS packages: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Experience with wordpress is highly advantageous though not essential.

Salary Range 55,000 – 70,000
