Job Description / Responsibility

• Capable to work directly with farmers,
  
• Prepare Farmer List
  
• Farmers selection & group formation
  
• Capable to manage contract farming activities
  
• Conduct Farmers training
  
• Collect product directly from farmer
  
• Product quality check
  
• Having knowledge about seed & use of pesticide
  
• Monitor field preparation, Irrigation & weeding
  
• Manage transportation system for product collection
  
• Monitor godown activities
  
• Prepare cultivation record
  
• Prepare weather record
  
• Maintain movement register
  
• Daily reporting
  
• Payment management through financial institutions

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Diploma in Agriculture

Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age 23 to 30 year(s)
  
• Minimum 1 year experience in Field related Activities and Social Development sector.
  
• Must have knowledge in Computer & internet browsing.
  
• Good writing & speaking skill in English and Bengali
  
• Capable to drive motorcycle and having motorcycle driving license must.
