Job Description / Responsibility

• Having good knowledge about grading work in factory.
  
• Experience in using various types of machinery or similar tools in grading factory.
  
• Ensure proper maintenance of existing machinery & equipment of factory.
  
• Ensuring smooth running of machine & workforce.
  
• Managing factory staffs for better operation of factory
  
• Prepare report on daily production and submit to higher authority.
  
• Maintain stock register.
  
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control factors.
  
• Ensure process loss within permissible limit.
  
• Having good knowledge about all kinds of export related documentation and work process.
  
• Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials etc.
  
• Ensure proper documentation as per company rules and maintenance of departmental files.
  
• Resolve quality related issues in production with technical knowledge.
  
• Better knowledge of planning & analysis.
  
• Act as liaison between the organization and the customers.
  
• Having good knowledge of transportation management.
  
• Monitor go down activities.
  
• Daily reporting.
  
• Payment management through financial institutions.
  
• Capable to drive motorcycle and having motorcycle driving license.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, M.Sc in Agriculture/ Masters in Social Science.

Experience Requirements: At least 3 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 32 year(s)
  
• Minimum 3-year experience in factory/ Agricultural product processing factory related work.
  
• Must have knowledge in Computer & internet browsing.
  
• Good knowledge about Microsoft office.
  
• Good writing & speaking skill in English and Bengali
  
• Capable to drive motorcycle and having motorcycle driving license must.

Job Location: Ishwardi, Pabna

Salary Range: TK 30,000
