Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is an International cooperation enterprise owned by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, for sustainable development with worldwide operations. We offer the experience, the regional and technical know-how of GIZ in the global market and provide international clients with expertise in terms of economic and result-oriented services.
For the Rule of Law programme, GIZ requires the services for routine internal control of the PNGO Vouchers and Financial Statements based on following competencies:

  • 5-10 years of experience in auditing with international and/or renowned national organizations   having its own qualified and well experienced staff
  • contains sufficient documentary evidence of being an authorised company in compliance with trade and taxation laws of Bangladesh (ie. Current trade license and TIN number has been provided)
  • References: Contact information of three relevant clients (references) for whom similar audits have been conducted in size and scope
  • The lead consultant (senior partner) who will manage the audit assignment and the audit team members along with full details of their expertise and experience. This may include, but is not limited to, resumes, documentation of accreditation, and/or letters of reference
  • Familiarity with international developing organisation,
  • A fixed price total cost proposal for completion of the work described in the Terms of Reference.

Interested parties with relevant and proven experience shall

  • Attend a Briefing Session on October 23, 2018 at Rule of Law Programme Office
  • Submit Technical and Financial Proposal by November 5, 2018 in separate sealed envelopes to the PO Box 6091, Ghulshan 1, Dhaka-1212, and Bangladesh. The envelopes shall be addressed to “GIZ Contracts Division” denoted with remark Auditing of Quarterly financial statements and other vouchers”.

GIZ reserve the right to accept or reject the offer in part or full without assigning any reason whatsoever.
