Manager – Finance

Job location: Shyamnagar

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Maintain budgetary controls, perform cost-benefit analyses; provide forecasts of revenues and expenditures quarterly basis.
  • Ensure Tax and Vat has been deducted as per applicable rate.
  • Prepare periodic and annual cost reports (Cost Sheet)
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment, cash management
  • Fund transfer against requisition and fund management
  • Review bank reconciliation
  • Supervise accounts payable and payroll and ensure timely payment.
  • Manage the preparation of all third-party cost reimbursement reports, and review MOU with third party.
  • Evaluate or develop plan and prepare cost reimbursement strategies.
  • Assess changes to regulatory standards and its financial impact to hospital operations.
  • Identify, monitor and plan for external developments affecting hospital revenue with integrity, such as regulatory changes, contractual modifications, and new technologies.
  • Oversee outpatient charge audits regular basis.
  • Explore and implement new programs for alternative revenue opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 year(s) experience in accounting, Finance, Audit and Financial Management
  • Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Partly qualified in CA/ CMA ( CMA is more preferable)
  • Excellent knowledge on Accounting Software and Microsoft office.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
