Job Description / Responsibility
- Attain all Phone calls from outside and office.
- Attain all visitors and solve their requirement or inform to the concern person (If require).
- Keep record for employee's attendance and prepare report for that.
- Maintain employee's movement register.
- Maintain office attendants OT record and prepare report for that.
- Prepare employees daily attendance report and send mail it to the management in regular basis & any other duties as assigned by Founder Chairman of the organization.
