  Position

Team Lead, Communications; Humanitarian Crisis Management Project (HCMP)

Can you manage the communications team for the biggest non-government civil society responder in the world’s biggest refugee camp?

Don’t apply if you just want a job. A salary. A 9-5 desk-based position. Don’t apply if you are not ready for mud, disasters and midnight deadlines, if you’re not a team player or if you often say ‘that’s not my job’.

Apply if you want a challenge. If you have excellent people skills, and can operate with humility no matter who you are working with. If you can manage a team, meet deadlines, manage budgets and find a way to get anything done. If you have a spreadsheet on a laptop glued to your hands and you see a story everywhere you go. If you can operate just as well in a bamboo school as in a boardroom. If you want to do something real about the state of the world. We’re 100% made in Bangladesh and we have been quietly working to change systems of inequity across the world for the last 45 years.

We offer an adventure, autonomy and the chance to work with globally renowned humanitarian experts. It will not be easy, but you will be able to see direct impact on the ground. In return, we need drive, commitment and flexibility.

Get serious about changing the world. Get on the good side. Join the world’s biggest family.
