Manager, Road Safety

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new road safety project.
  • Keep contact and liaison with donors, sponsors, businesses etc for road safety project support.
  • Manage BRAC Driving School.
  • Ensure quality TNA, preparation of training modules, organize and conduction of RS training for staff and stakeholders of different road safety project.
  • Manage, Monitor and Evaluate community road safety projects and driving training preparation of project and training report.
  • Develop IEC materials on road safety for RS project.
  • Manage and Ensure effective road safety training of community in the field.
  • Maintain effective relations with all BRAC Programmes, Departments and other Organisation.
  • Introduce new courses and Increase participants in BRAC Driving School.

Educational Requirements:

  • Masters/MBA/B.Sc Engineering from any recognised University with minimum all second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in academic examinations. Third class/division or CGPA below 2.50 is not acceptable

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 03 to 05 years’ experience in road safety works.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role will be given preference.

Age Range: Maximum 40 years
