Job Requirement:
Experience / Skill of the candidate:
- Work Experience: 5 year(s)
- Age between 30 and 38
- Working experience preferably with a private seed distrribution /selling company with emphasis of Rice and Wheat Cultivation / Plantation, Harvesting and Seed distribution.
- Must be computer literate(MS Word XL) and comfortable in both oral and written English communication with smart emailling skill.
- Should be energetic, self-motivated and have experience of managing staff members as well as marketing experience.
- Should have good problem solving and negotiation skill.
- Business and competitor analytical ability.
- Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
Job Description:
- Willingly to work in rural area at any part of Bangladesh.
- Willing to travel frequently all over Bangladesh
- Clear knowledge about weather conditions in whole of Bangladesh.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Implement business plan as per guideline.
- Prepare & submit Daily, Weekly & Monthly report to the Managing Director.
- Prepare yearly business plan for the assigned/target area.
- Ensure business target and annual turnover.
- Develop new market.
- Manage Agents / Farmers.
- Review performance of Team leaders and field staff members.
Salary: Negotiable.
