Job Description / Responsibility:

• Supervise the ongoing project and report the management on work progress.
• Prepare plan for project activities and maintain the approved guide line.
• Submit and follow-up the requisition of materials for respective project.
• Ensure quality of works and materials are being used in the respective project.
• Ensure safety & security of the site labors/workers.
• Identify faulty workmanship & works and take necessary actions as and when required.
• Responsible for taking measurements of the finished works and recording those regular reports.
• Responsible for budget and expenses of the project.
• Update master plan based on daily work progress.
• Any other activities as and when required by the Management.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil Engineering, preferably from reputed Public University/ Institute.

Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicant must have depth knowledge and experience on multi basement building projects.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 30 to 40 year(s)
• Ethically transparent
• Must have experience in Real Estate Sector
• Must be a computer literate
• Proven experience in the similar position for at least 03years.
• Have excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Pleasant personality with motivational skill and troubleshooting abilities.
