In order to meet up the increasing business growth and expantion plan, we are now hiring some competent , intelligent and hardworking individuals for the following postions:

Name of Position  Manager - Sales/Business Development

The Applicant Must have/Should be
  • Good relationship and good connection with customers in local market for securing air freight & sea freight Import/Export and Contract Logistics, Project Logistics Customs Brokering business.
  • Committed and be able to procure business from his existing clients/customers.
  • Able to Create Market Opportunity.
  • Able to achieve given Sales Target.
  • Able to prepare Yearly Sales Budget / Sales Forecast.
  • Able to prepare and submit Daily and Weekly Sales Plan.
  • Monthly Marketing Report /Visit Report, Market Intelligence to the Management.
  • Should communicate customers regularly, identify potential customers and develop cliental database.
  • Able to build result oriented sales team.
  • Be fluent in Speaking and Writing in English.
  • Be proactive and self driven in Sales and Marketing.
  • Should have Positive Attitude.
  • Computer knowledge should be at advanced level with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail.
  • Should Follow up clients through phone call, e-mail, physical visit regularly and generate sales.

The Applicant should be
  • Masters in any subject /MBA
  • At least 8-10 years experience in Sales and Marketing in Freight Forwarding and logistics industry.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and Goal-Achiever.
