POSITION: Executive - Sales & Marketing
NUMBER OF POSITION : 1
JOB LOCATION : Dhaka

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director & CEO. The incumbent shall perform which includes the following major duties but not limited to:

  • Maintain and update the list of potential clients in private and govt. sector
  • Generate sales leads through daily sales visit to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain healthy business relationship with new and existing clients
  • Prepare and update sales visit report and submit to management on weekly basis
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual sales report to management
  • Analyze market trends, conduct SWOT analysis, and present to management in monthly, quarterly and annual review meetings.
  • Plan and propose effective marketing campaigns periodically in consultation with HOD
  • Prepare and propose effective PR & CSR plan in consultation with HOD
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of sales & marketing campaigns, PR & CSR activities
  • Coordinate with different departments and management to follow up after sales services, billing and collection from clients
  • Carry out any task as and when assigned by the management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing with minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
  • Candidates having experience in Insurance or Credit Card sales will get preference
  • Fluent in English and Bangla both in written and oral form
  • Computer Knowledge: MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
